Dan is a lifelong Twin Cities resident growing up in the St. Paul area. Currently he resides in South Minneapolis with his wife and three children.

Larry Whitney
Larry is the sales manager for D.T. Carlson Co., selling new construction for 16+ years.
Growing up in the St. Paul area, Larry knows the Twin Cities Metro very well, and has had years of experience helping clients go from a house concept to home completion. He helps making the construction process smooth from start to finish.
Currently, Larry resides in Andover with his wife and daughter. He has a passion for water skiing and, when not working, he loves spending time with his family on the lake.

Dan Albinson
Dan is the sales and marketing representative for D.T. Carlson Co.
He is a Twin Cities native, growing up in Golden Valley. Having years of experience in new home construction and project management, Dan is known for his care for his clientele and for his attention to detail.
Dan lives with his wife and daughter in Andover. He loves to travel and ski.
When he is not working, you will find him playing in the great outdoors with his family.
